OUR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:
An eight-week curriculum that focuses on our proprietary, proven Exponential Living® coaching methodology and process based on Sheri Riley's award-winning book, Expontential Living - Stop Spending 100% of Your Time on 10% of Who You Are.
You'll learn the philosophy, skills, assessments, exercises and coaching guide that will enhance your current coaching skills and align you with our protocol for serving our clients.
During the certification process, you'll access modules, videos, worksheets and live sessions with our Founder, Sheri Riley, to prepare you to empower Exponential Living's clients to grow personally and dominate professionally.
OUR COACHES FOCUS ON:
Certified Exponential Living® Coaches are responsible for private, one-on-one/group coaching with our high-performing clients.
Onboarding new clients and providing a smooth, supportive, and high-touch onboarding experience.
Administering and reviewing assessment to learn more about who the client is and their style of learning, taking action and behaviors.
Developing strategies and plans for working with the client throughout the engagement.
Using the Exponential Living Framework to listen and “hear” at a deep level where their clients are and what they need in the moment to move forward.
Providing support and encouragement as clients work towards their goals.
Helping clients recognize and explore internal barriers preventing progress.
Building rapport and a trusting relationship with clients to foster vulnerability and truth.
Actively listen and respond to what is being said and unsaid.
Staying present in sessions to focus fully on the client and remain in the moment.
Tracking and documenting client sessions and results.
